Hmm... how's the pedometer working out. I never considered one. I try to make a point of getting up and taking walking breaks at work, but it might be easier to be motivated to do it, if I had a set goal of a mile or a mile and a half for each day worked. It's a pretty modest investment too.
Actually, it's been a big encouragement to see how many steps I walk in a normal day. See yesterday's post for more detail!
